Domestic orders (Black Cat/Convenience Store)

※The time when the courier service order is established is the time when the credit card is successfully reconciled; the actual package delivery time will still be adjusted according to the order volume and may be advanced or delayed.
※Convenience stores have volume and weight restrictions (length 45cm*width 30cm*height 30cm, weight must be within 5KG, volume must be within 1.43 cubic meters). The system will automatically determine when the order is placed. If the volume limit is exceeded, you will not be able to choose to pick up the item at a convenience store. Please change to Kuroneko Delivery.
※For packages with a zero pickup amount, please bring an ID with the same name as the pickup name to pick up the package.
※Please note that if you fail to collect your parcel three times (inclusive) without reason or maliciously, our company has the right to stop this delivery method. Please pay attention to your own rights.

Shopping Instructions


-The store is divided into spot goods and pre-order goods. Some goods will be changed to pre-order once the spot goods are sold out. Please pay attention to the display status of the product page.
- To speed up delivery, please check out separately for stock and pre-order. The goods will be shipped once they are complete. The order will be shown as shipped and you can receive the goods within a week.
-Domestic delivery time is about 3-5 working days. If you have not received the product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

-The system is semi-automated. Checkout is completed once the order is placed. To ensure the correct inventory, the product details cannot be modified. Please confirm all details before placing the order.
-Once the order is sent, it is confirmed and enters the stocking state. It cannot be cancelled. Please make sure that all the information is correct before sending the order.

-If you need to change your address or mobile phone number, please contact customer service before the order enters the stocking status. If the order has entered the shipping process, we cannot modify it. Thank you for your understanding.
-After the goods are shipped, if they are not picked up or refused, the system will generate a record of non-pickup. If it exceeds three times, this account will not be able to use this delivery function.
- The order content will be adjusted according to the shortage of goods. If there is a shortage of goods, the goods in stock will be shipped mainly. (Order discounts are not affected by out-of-stock items, and the amount of each item is calculated based on the discount price at the time the order is placed.)
How to buy
-Select the item to order → Add to cart → Checkout
-First time shopping: Join as a member
-Member shopping: Log in to your member account and password → Confirm order details → Complete order

※Note! After payment is completed, please return to the original order screen and click Confirm to submit. After the order number is generated, the order is confirmed and the product is reserved (adding it to the shopping cart does not mean reserving the product). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all specifications.

-Online credit card: VISA, MASTER, JCB and other credit cards from all banks can be used (if the card swipe fails, the same order cannot be swiped again, please place a new order)
- ATM virtual account transfer: After the system provides the account number, please complete the transfer within 1 day to avoid account expiration (if the ATM payment is not made 3 times, the member account will be unusable)
